[体外研究]

GRGDSPK抑制大鼠PDL细胞的粘附[1]。含RGD(GRGDSPK,1.5 mM,1.0 mM和0.5 mM)和RGD-mod-ified肽会削弱精子对牛卵母细胞进行受精的能力,这通过以剂量依赖性方式减少裂解来说明[2]。

[细胞实验]

增殖测定在涂有OCP或HL的48孔细胞培养皿中进行。在增殖测定中，将0.5mL培养基中的7.25×103个细胞接种在48孔培养皿中。培养基每3天更换一次。培养1,6,12和18天后，用PBS洗涤平板三次以除去未附着的细胞，并通过胰蛋白酶消化收集附着的细胞。使用血细胞计数器计数细胞数。
