[体外研究]

十四烷基三甲基溴化铵(TTAB；TTABr)作为表面活性剂在分离酸性阴离子中的应用越来越广泛。据观察,十四烷基三甲基溴化铵的最低浓度约为0.4mM才能达到最佳效果。之所以选择这个值是因为它接近临界胶束浓度(CMC),而且据预测,这个浓度是在毛细管内壁形成“半胶束”所必需的[3]。
