对氟-L-苯丙氨酸(4-氟-L-苯丙氨酸)是酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)的底物,可用于研究该酶的调节。对氟-L-苯丙氨酸与大肠杆菌的L-亮氨酸特异性受体结合(KD=0.26μM)[1][2]。
