5(6)-羧基萘荧光素是一种pH依赖性荧光团。5(6)-羧基萘荧光素在碱性pH范围内具有良好的灵敏度,可用于光纤pH传感器的构建。5(6)-羧基萘荧光素可用作荧光pH指示剂(Ex/Em=593/668 nm)[1]。
