硫化铅制备
1.将75gPbAc2·3H2O溶于1000mL蒸馏水中,加入固体NaOH直到产生的Pb(OH)2沉淀完全溶解生成铅( Ⅱ)酸钠Na2Pb(OH)4溶液。另取17g硫脲溶于1000mL水中,过滤。将等体积的上述两种溶液混合,在搅拌下加热至沸,当温度在38~40℃之间时,溶液变为褐色。加热至50℃时开始有PbS晶体析出,在烧杯壁和底部形成有光泽的PbS镜。为防爆沸,将溶液移入另一烧杯中,并保持沸腾10min使PbS沉淀完全。抽滤结晶,用冷水洗涤至滤液不显碱性,沉淀置烘箱中干燥。
若往酸性二价铅盐水溶液中通入硫化氢气体,则得无定形或部分结晶的PbS沉淀。
2.将碳酸铅与硫黄粉的混合物置于加盖坩埚内,加热至300℃:
冷却后粉碎过筛,即可制得黑色粉末。将无定形硫化铅,干燥的碳酸钙与硫以1∶ 6∶ 6的质量比混合,磨后于赤热下灼烧。冷却后用水浸后, 沉淀、 过滤用稀盐酸洗涤, 可制得晶体硫化铅。
