Foropafant (SR27417) 是一种高效、竞争性、选择性、可口服的血小板激活因子 (PAF) 受体拮抗剂,抑制 [3H]PAF 与其受体结合,Ki 值为 57 pM,比未被标记的 PAF 低至少 5 倍。Foropafant (SR27417) 有效抑制 PAF 诱导的兔和人血小板聚集。
