敌克松用途
属苗田杀菌剂,可防治水稻苗期立枯病、高粱丝黑穗病、玉米大斑病、棉花苗期根腐病、炭疽病等
【用途二】
保护性杀菌剂,有一定的内吸渗透性,主要用于蔬菜、棉花、烟草、水稻等作物的种子处理和土壤处理,兼有一定的治疗作用。防治棉花立枯病、炭疽病用70%可湿性粉剂250~500g,加细土5kg拌和棉籽50kg播种;防治水稻苗期烂秧,用70%可湿性粉剂7.5~15g/100m2加水7.5kg;均匀喷洒秧苗;防治白菜软腐病,番茄绵疫病、炭疽病,瓜类枯萎病、炭疽病,用70%可湿性粉剂27.6~55.3g/100m2对水喷雾。
【用途三】
该品为苗田杀菌剂,对腐霉菌素及丝囊霉菌属所引起的病害有特效。对一些真菌性病害也有防效。该品有内吸作用,根部及叶部均能吸收。由植物筛管部及木质部输入其他部位,在植物体内能维特较长时间的药效。可防治水稻期立枯病,黑根病,烂秧病,高梁丝黑穗病,散黑粉病,玉米大斑病,棉花苗期根腐病,炭疽病,立枯病等。

敌克松制备
1.由N,N-二甲基苯胺经亚硝化,还原,重氮化和磺化制得。将二甲基苯胺和稍过量的亚硝酸钠于0-5℃进行亚硝化,加完亚硝酸后用铁粉还原,制成对氨基二甲基苯胺。然后滤去铁粉及生成的四氧化三铁,滤液用亚硝酸钠于0-5℃条件下进行重氮化。加完亚硝酸钠后再用亚硫酸钠进行亚磺化,反应到终点后,敌克松便沉淀出来。得到的敌克松原粉(干品)含量98%。也可以膏状物的形式作为产品,含量55%。生产这一规格的产品,每吨消耗二甲基苯胺310kg。香兰素生产的废水中含有对氨基二甲基苯胺,可用来生产敌克松,而且可以省去亚硝化和还原两道工序。

因香兰素生产中废水含有对氨基二甲苯胺,用其来生产可省去亚硝化和还原两道工序。香兰素废水先用氨水中和至pH值7~8,加热至40℃左右,沉淀8~12h,除去焦渣。用苯将中和液中的对氨基二甲苯胺萃取出来,萃取液于130~150℃、21.28kPa条件下脱苯,然后在2.66kPa减压蒸馏至130~150℃,得对氨基二甲基苯胺精品。经亚硝酸钠重氮化和亚硫酸钠磺化,制得敌磺钠。
