恶喹酸制备

亚甲基二氧基苯胺的制备以亚甲基二氧基苯经硝化、还原制得亚甲基二氧基苯胺。

喹菌酮的合成亚甲基二氧基苯胺与乙氧基次甲基丙二酸二乙酯在80～90℃加热反应3h，然后在二甲苯中回流环合，接着在氢氧化钠存在下，用碘乙烷在DMF溶剂中于70～75℃进行N-烷基化反应，混合物用水稀释后回流3～4h，水解产物用盐酸酸化生成喹菌酮。
