[体外研究]

适度水平的外源N-(3-羟基十四烷基)-DL-高丝氨酸内酯(N-(3-氧代癸酰基)-高丝氨酸内酯；10和20μM)可诱导或增强生物膜的形成并改变其结构,而高水平(40和100μM)对溶藻弧菌的生物膜形成没有显著的改善甚至抑制作用[1]。N-(3-羟基十四烷基)-DL-高丝氨酸内酯(2,5,10,20μM；36小时)显著增加了菌株N°24的生物膜[1]。适量添加N-(3-羟基十四烷基)-DL-高丝氨酸内酯(10或20μM)也会增加非AHL产生花生结瘤菌的生物膜形成[1]。
