elargonidin 3,5-diglucoside (chloride) 是一种天然色素,大量存在于红色水果和蔬菜中。Pelargonidin 3,5-diglucoside (chloride) 作为活性氧 (reactive oxygen species) 和活性氮 (reactive nitrogen species) 的清除剂。Pelargonidin 3,5-diglucoside (chloride) 对参与 ROS、RNS RNS 和促炎细胞因子产生的酶具有抑制作用。
