姥鲛烷用途

正庚烷(Norphytane)是一种天然碳氢油,在许多植物、各种海洋生物中发现少量,是矿物油中最活跃的成分[1]。普司坦是一种非抗原佐剂,在大鼠体内诱导MHC II类限制性致关节炎T细胞[2]。

[体内研究]

普司坦激活体内MHC II类限制性和致关节炎的CD4+α-βT细胞[2]。动物模型：原始受体大鼠(DA)[2]剂量：500μL普司坦油给药：皮内注射结果：注射后第6天,CD4+、CD8+αβT细胞和B细胞在引流淋巴结中显著扩张,此后,CD4+αβT细胞继续扩张,直到注射后第12天。
