Secologanin 是一种裂环烯醚萜苷类化合物,是生物活性单萜类吲哚类生物碱 (如利血平 (HY-N0480)、Ajmaline 和长春碱) 生物合成的关键萜类中间体。Secologanin 合成酶 (细胞色素 P450 亚型 CYP72A1) 催化 loganin 氧化裂解为 Secologanin。
