伏草隆用途
用于防除棉花、玉米、马铃薯、葱、甘蔗、果树等田中的杂草
【用途二】
内吸传导型旱地除草剂。杂草通过根部吸收,抑制光合作用。用于棉花、玉米、甘蔗、果树防除一年生禾本科杂草和阔叶草,如稗草、蟋蟀草、早熟禾、马唐、苦荬菜、莎草、看麦娘、苋菜、狗尾草、藜、马齿苋、千金子等。伏草隆为土壤处理剂,如棉花育苗在移栽前施药,用80%可湿性粉剂15~23g/100m2,对水喷雾土表;直播棉花在播后4~5d,用量80%可湿性粉15~18.8g/100m2,对水喷雾土表。

伏草隆制备
1.由间氨基三氟甲苯与光气反应制备间三氟甲苯异氰酸酯,再与二甲胺反应得到伏草隆。1.间三氟甲苯异氰酸酯的制备将光气通入甲苯中,吸收一部分光气后,一面继续通光气,一面滴加间氨基三氟甲苯的甲苯溶液。滴完后将温度缓缓升到75℃左右,继续通光气至反应液变清时为止。继续搅拌30min,迅速升温至100℃左右,通干燥空气赶除过剩的光气和反应产生的氯化氢气体,得间三氟甲苯异氰酸酯[392-01-1]的甲苯溶液。2.伏草隆的制备将上述间三氟甲苯异氰酸酯甲苯溶液加入合成锅中,搅拌,控制温度在50℃左右,滴加二甲胺。滴完后保持反应1h,终点时反应液的pH值稳定在7.5-8。静置后甩滤,在80-90℃干燥,得伏草隆原粉,含量在95%以上,收率约92%。
2.以间-三氟甲基苯胺、光气、二甲胺为原料。以甲苯为溶剂,将光气与间-三氟甲基苯胺在常温下反应,生成异氰酸酯。异氰酸酯再与二甲胺加成得到伏草隆。
