胆甾醇-5-烯-3ß,22(S)-二醇((22S)-羟基胆固醇)是一种口服活性氧甾醇,对人类原核白血病细胞没有明显的细胞毒性、氧化或炎症作用。胆固醇-5-烯-3ß,22(S)-二醇抑制大鼠模型中的体重增加和血清三酰甘油(TAG)水平升高[1][2]。

[体外研究]

胆固醇-5-烯-3ß,22(S)-二醇(10μg/mL,20μg/mL；24小时)对 U937年细胞磷脂酰丝氨酸外化、线粒体跨膜电位、细胞对碘化丙啶的通透性和细胞核形态变化无影响[1]。

[体内研究]
