伏杀硫磷制备

1.由尿素与邻氨基酚缩合制得苯并噁唑酮,用SO2Cl2氯化生成6-氯苯并噁唑酮。然后用甲醛和氯化氢进行氯甲基化,得到6-氯-3-氯甲基苯并噁唑酮,后者与O,O-二乙基二硫代磷酸钠缩合,得到伏杀磷。原料消耗定额:邻氨基酚550kg/t、无水乙醇18900kg/t、氯气360kg/t、甲醛120kg/t、铵盐710kg/t、尿素330kg/t。

2.3-氯甲基一6-氯笨并座酉同的制备以邻经基笨胺与尿索以1:1.1 (mol)在油浴上加热熔融,升温至170 ℃, 210 ℃、210~215(各反应一定时间,降温180 ℃,倒入2 %}盐酸水洛液中,冷却结晶,过滤,经后处理制得笨并座酮。笨并座酉同和无水乙醉以质量比1:35的量加入反应器,搅拌下用水浴加热至洛解,降温,然后在30一4} <'用氯气(或氯化硫醚)氯化,笨并座酮与氯气的质量比为1: (1.05~1.25),制成6-氯笨并座酮。再与甲醛、氯化氢发生氯甲基化反应制得3-氯甲基-6-'氯苯并唑酮。

3.0,O一二乙基二硫代磷酸的制备通常采用五硫化二磷与乙醉反应制得。由于工业品五硫化二磷存在各种杂质(硫磷化合物),此反应过程I一分复杂,产生一系列副反应。反应为强放热反应,应严格控制反应温度。
4.伏杀硫磷的合成3-氯甲基一6-氯苯并唑酮与O,O一二乙基二硫代磷酸钠或按盐合成伏杀硫磷。
