[体外研究]

柠檬酸吉非哌嗪对任何非P2X3亚单位受体均无抑制作用(重组同源三聚体hP2X1、hP2X2、hP2X4、rP2X5和hP2X7通道的IC50值>10000 nM)[1]。

[体内研究]

在膝骨关节炎大鼠模型中(关节内给药单碘乙酸14d后),柠檬酸吉法吡嗪(7d bid,口服)在两个更高剂量下可减轻负重偏侧性,并完全逆转明显的痛觉过敏[2]。
