霜霉威制备

在三口烧瓶中加入丙烯腈，水浴加热至适当温度，通入二甲胺气体，反应1h,得β-二甲氨基丙腈。再在高压釜中加入β-二甲氨基丙腈、催化剂、溶剂，通氮气排除空气，在适宜温度通氢气，釜压5MPa，至釜压不降为终点，冷却，减压脱溶，收集73～75℃/9×10³Pa馏分，得N，N-二甲基-1，3-二丙胺。最后在三口瓶中将上步产物与溶剂、缚酸剂混合，冷却下滴加氯甲酸正丙酯，反应温度30～40℃，滴毕继续反应1h，过滤，洗涤，收集滤液和洗涤液减压脱溶，得霜霉威产品。收率66%～67%，含量90%以上。
