丁酸氯倍他松(在皮肤上使用；0.05%；7周)会导致皮肤表皮变薄,丁酸氯倍他松7周导致的猪表皮变薄比氟仑雷诺酮(0.05%)或氟辛诺酮丙酮胺(0.025%)要少得多,两者都会导致严重的萎缩[1]。动物模型：大白猪[1]剂量：0.5%敷皮给药：7周结果：引起中度至轻度萎缩。
