O，O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯简称乙基氯化物，是一种重要的农药中间体，用于合成有机磷杀虫剂对硫磷、辛硫磷、二嗪磷、喹噁硫磷、哒嗪硫磷、三唑磷、嘧啶氧磷、治螟磷、毒死蜱、内吸磷和增效剂增效磷等，也可作为润滑油添加剂及其他含硫有机磷化合物的合成原料。

１．三氯硫磷法　三氯硫磷与无水乙醇反应生成犗乙基硫代磷酰二氯，再与过量无水乙醇混合，加入碱粉生成O-二乙基硫代磷酰一氯。

　２．五硫化二磷法　五硫化二磷和无水乙醇反应，生成O-二乙基二硫代磷酸，再和氯在低温下反应生成犗，O-二乙基硫代磷酰一氯。

　３．乙醇碱粉法　先由三氯硫磷与过量的无水乙醇反应生成二氯化物；二氯化物再与过量的无水乙醇混合一起，加入碱粉生成乙基氯化物。

　４．乙醇钠法　由三氯硫磷与乙醇钠作用而得。
