二嗪磷制备

1.将甲醇、氯化氢与异丁腈反应生成相应的亚氨酸酯盐酸盐;用氨处理,转化成相应的脒。然后,在碱性条件下,脒同乙酰乙酸乙酯缩合,得到嘧啶醇(4-羟基-2-异丙基-6-甲基嘧啶)。嘧啶醇在苯或甲苯中,在碳酸钠存在下加热回流,加入二乙基硫代磷酰氯、硝酸铜,缩合得到二嗪农。

2.将甲醇、氯化氢与异丁腈反应生成相应的亚氨酸酯盐酸盐;用氨处理得到异丁脒,在碱性条件下,异丁脒同乙酰乙酸乙酯缩合,得到嘧啶醇(4-羟基-2-异丙基-6-甲基嘧啶)。嘧啶醇在苯或甲苯中,在碳酸钠存在下加热回流,加入二乙基硫代磷酰氯、硝酸铜,缩合得到二嗪磷。

3.0,O一二乙基硫代磷醚氯的制备详见哇硫磷的合成。2一异丙基一4一甲基一6-羟基嘧啶的制备由异丁睛与甲醉和盐酸反应,制得业胺醚盐酸盐,再与氦作用制得异丁眯。异丁眯与乙醚乙酸乙酯在氢氧化钠存在下环化制得2一异丙基一4一甲基一6-羟基嘧啶。

4.二嚓磷的合成将撇2一异丙基一4一甲基一6-羟基嘧啶,0.638 SMB,2.828氢氧化钠、SOm工一丁酮混合后,在室温下搅拌O.Sh,缓慢升温至55 (' ,至物料澄清后加入9.5} O,O一二乙基硫代磷k4}氯,并升温至70 (' >搅拌O.Sh,再回流1h,搅冷,加入SOm工_水,使析出固体洛解,用20 0/} NaOH调竹pH值至11,搅拌、分层。水层用丁酮萃取,洛剂合并,减压脱洛,残留物经碱洗、酸洗、再碱洗后,水洗至中性,减压加热脱水,得14g棕色透明液液体,折射率1.49420
