甲苯二异氰酸酯制备

1.由2,4-二氨基甲苯与光气作用制得。先将固体二氨基甲苯溶于氯化苯中,在搅拌下升温至70℃得二氨基甲苯氯苯溶液,将回收光气化的氧化苯,放入低温光气锅中,补加一定液体光气后,在搅拌下滴加配好的二氨基甲苯溶液,在40℃进行光气化,再将低温光气化的物料放入高温锅中进行高温光气化,边升温边通气,约4h,反应一般在120~125℃进行;反应完毕,经用氮气赶气、蒸馏、精馏而得。
