氟甲基-1,1,1,3,3,3-六氟异丙基醚用途

【用途一】
吸入麻醉剂，其麻醉效果和恩氟烷大致相同，约为氟烷的一半，诱导时间比恩氟烷和氟烷短，而觉醒时间无大差异。用于全身麻醉。

氟甲基-1,1,1,3,3,3-六氟异丙基醚作用

为含氟的吸入麻醉药。其最小肺泡内浓度（MAC），在氧及氧化亚氮的混合气体中为0.66%；在纯氧中为1.7%；与恩氟烷者相似，为氟烷者的1/2。其半数致死浓度（LC50）/MAC比恩氟烷者大。诱导时间比恩氟烷、氟烷者为短，苏醒时间三者无大差异。麻醉期间的镇痛、肌松效应与恩氟烷和氟烷者相同。本品的呼吸抑制作用较氟烷者小；对心血管系统的影响比异氟烷者小；对脑血流量、颅内压的影响与异氟烷者相似。本品不引起过敏反应，对眼粘膜刺激轻微。
以2%～4%浓度进行诱导麻醉、以3%维持时，吸入后10～15分钟血药浓度达稳态，约360μmol/L；停药5分钟后则约为90μmol/L；停药60分钟后为约15μmol/L。血浆消除t1/2呈三相；2.7分钟、9.04分钟、30.7分钟。血/气分配系数为0.63（恩氟烷者为1.9，氟烷者为3.2）。本品主要经呼气排泄，停止吸入1小时后约40%以原形经呼气排出。它在体内可被代谢为无机氟由尿排出，按尿中氟量计，其代谢率为2.89%，比恩氟烷者（0.96%）高，比氟烷（15.7%）低。
临床上，七氟烷作为全身麻醉药应用。
