[体内研究]

Succimer是一种广泛用于治疗Pb中毒的螯合剂。与铅组相比,用NAC或Succimer处理的铅暴露动物的红细胞(RBC)显示具有显着更高的谷胱甘肽(GSH)水平和降低的丙二醛(MDA)水平。二聚体给药还导致铅暴露动物的红细胞中葡萄糖6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)活性降低[1]。对于两种铅暴露条件,二巯丁二酸处理都会显着降低血铅水平：高铅琥珀组的血铅水平是治疗结束时高铅组血铅水平的27％。 Succimer可有效减少脑铅,因为高Pb-succ组的脑铅含量是高铅组的37％[2]。

[动物实验]

所有实验均用重量为75至100g的Fisher 344雄性大鼠进行。将动物随机分成四组。组I（n = 11）作为对照，仅给予标准大鼠食物和水6周。第II组（n = 11）在其饮用水中接受2000ppm醋酸铅5周，并且在第6周期间，该组接受水。 III组（n = 6）在其饮用水中接受2000ppm醋酸铅5周，并且在第6周期间，这些动物接受溶解于水中的800mg / kg /天NAC。第IV组（n = 6）与第III组一样，除了在上周接受90mg / kg /天的Succimer。在第6周结束时，在禁食过夜后，用异丙烷麻醉动物，并使用肝素作为抗凝血剂通过心内穿刺收集血液样品。通过以3000rpm离心10分钟除去血浆和血沉棕黄层。用等体积的冷盐水洗涤RBC三次[1]。
