硫丙磷用途
广谱性三元不对称有机磷酸酯类杀虫剂,具有触杀和胃毒作用。主要用于棉田鳞翅目害虫。此外,对缨翅目、鞘翅目、双翅目等多种害虫有效。除棉田外,还可用于番茄、玉米、烟草等多种作物。推荐用量7.5~10.5g有效成分100/m2。

硫丙磷制备
1.对甲硫基苯酚的制备将水、硫化钠、硫黄加入反应器中制成二硫化钠水洛液。再于50 ~ 60℃时滴加(CH3)2CO4,滴毕,将CH3SSCH3与水同时蒸出,静置分层,油层为CH3SSCH3。将苯酚和CH3SSCH3加入到反应器中,搅拌冷却后滴加浓硫酸,滴毕,分层,中和,水洗,干燥,蒸出未反应物得甲硫基苯酚。
2.2.硫丙磷的合成将有机洛剂、五硫化二磷投入反应器中,加适量催化剂,低温下滴加4一甲硫基苯酚钠盐与有机洛剂的混合液,再加入规定量的无水乙醉和澳丙烷混合液,逐渐升温至70 (',反应结束后进行洛剂萃取,碱洗、水洗直至中性,无水硫酸钠干燥,减压蒸除有机洛剂后得硫丙磷,收率77.6%},含量达82.6%}。
