亮蓝制备

1.亮蓝的制备
由邻磺基苯甲醛与N-乙基-N-(3-磺基苄基)-苯胺缩合，再经重铬酸钠或二氧化铅氧化，反应结束后用纯碱碱化，再用氯化钠进行盐析得粗品。将粗品溶于水，再用氯化钠盐析即得成品。 2.亮蓝铝色淀的制备
由氯化铝、硫酸铝等的铝盐与碳酸钠等的碱类制取氢氧化铝，然后添加于亮蓝水溶液，沉淀而得产品。 3. 由邻磺酸苯甲醛与α-（N-乙基苯氨基）间甲苯磺酸在酸性介质中缩合，再经重铬酸钠或二氧化铅氧化得到色素，中和后用硫酸钠盐析，经精制即可。
