Cefradine是第一代头孢类抗生素。

头孢拉定作用

该品为广谱、高效、低毒抗生素,对革兰氏阳性及阴性菌均有杀菌作用。该品不受青毒素酶的影响,对大多数产生青霉素酶的金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌亦有显著活性。性状:该品为头孢拉定和精氨酸混和的白色或类白色粉末、易溶于水。
