[体内研究]

口服降钙素鲑鱼治疗在干预期间剂量依赖性地减弱禁食和非禁食高血糖。在研究期结束时,口服降钙素鲑鱼治疗剂量可使糖尿病高血糖症降低~9 mM,并使HbA1c水平降低1.7%。此外,在口服葡萄糖耐量试验期间,口服降钙素鲑鱼治疗剂量依赖性地观察到葡萄糖漂移的显着降低。此外,口服降钙素鲑鱼治疗可维持高胰岛素血症并减轻高胰凝血症和总胰高血糖素样肽-1的分泌过多,主要发生在基础状态。最后,口服降钙素鲑鱼治疗在研究结束时剂量依赖性地改善胰腺β细胞功能和β细胞面积[1]。

[动物实验]

大鼠[1]雄性ZDF大鼠用口服降钙素鲑(sCT:0.5,1.0或2mg / kg)或口服载体每天两次,从8至18周处理。 Zucker瘦大鼠作为对照组。测定空腹和非禁食血糖,糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和胰腺和肠促胰岛素激素水平。比较口服葡萄糖耐量试验和ip葡萄糖耐量试验,评价β细胞面积和功能[1]。
