[体外研究]

AUDA(0.3-10μg/mL；48小时)剂量依赖性抑制PDGF诱导的大鼠血管平滑肌细胞增殖[2]。AUDA(0.3-10μg/mL；30min)剂量依赖性上调COX-2表达[2]。AUDA(10、50和100μM)以剂量依赖的方式增强HCAECs的迁移能力[3]。AUDA显著提高HCAECs的粘附能力[3]。细胞增殖实验[2]细胞系：血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)浓度：0.3、1、3、10μg/mL孵育时间：48h结果：PDGF对大鼠VSMC增殖有剂量依赖性抑制作用。Western Blot分析[2]细胞株：VSMC浓度：1、3、10、30μg/mL孵育时间：30min结果：COX-2表达呈剂量依赖性上调。

[体内研究]

AUDA(i.p.；10 mg/kg；14天)降低TNF-α、MMP-9和IL-1β的表达水平[3]。动物模型：雄性(野生型)C57BL/6小鼠(年龄4-6周,体重18-20g)[3]剂量：10mg/kg给药：i.p.；14d结果：降低TNF-α、MMP-9和IL-1β的表达水平。
