Chaetoglobosin A 是青霉 (Penicillium aquamarinium) 提取物中的活性成分,是细胞松弛素家族 (cytochalasan family) 的成员。 Chaetoglobosin A 优先诱导细胞凋亡 (apoptosis)。Chaetoglobosin A 靶向 CLL 细胞中的丝状肌动蛋白 (filamentous actin),从而诱导细胞周期停滞并抑制膜皱褶和细胞迁移。
