碱性橙2制备

以苯胺和间苯二胺为主要原料，首先将苯胺重氮化，然后与间苯二胺偶合，经结晶、过滤、干燥得成品。。。
在重氮锅中加水 200L、盐酸 (31%) 317kg 和苯胺 70kg，搅拌冷却至 0-5℃，于 45min 之内加入 20%-30%亚硝酸钠溶液，加完继续反应 20-30min，用碘化钾淀粉试纸确定反应终点。
于偶合锅内加入水 250L、间苯二胺 88.25kg，搅拌，升温至 65℃，至间苯二胺全部溶解，然后降温至 -4℃，并以盐酸调节 pH 值达 6-7。开始缓慢加入冷至 -4℃的重氮液，维持反应温度不大于 -2℃，加完继续反应至重氮盐消失。随后加入物料量一半量的水，升温至 95℃，加入 5kg 盐酸，搅拌均匀，静置，结晶，过滤，于 60℃干燥，得产品约 200kg。
