[体外研究]

紫花素(0.25-3µM；24小时；HCT116和HT29细胞)在2D和3D细胞模型中都具有抗癌活性[1]。Violecein降低CRC细胞中RTKs的表达并干扰信号通路[1]。细胞活力测定[1]。细胞系：HCT116和HT29(1.8 × 104 细胞/井100 µL)细胞。浓度：0.25、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5和3.0 微米。培养时间：24小时。结果：在2D培养模型中,紫曲霉素处理降低了细胞活力,因为HT29和HCT116细胞系中甲酰胺的产生减少。此外,如IC50值(0.6 μM)与HCT116(1.2 μM)。
