[体外研究]

Muzolimine(10μM-1 mM)剂量依赖性地抑制Ehrlich细胞中的离子转运[2]。

[体内研究]

Muzolimine(0-18 mg/kg;每周口服7次,持续3个月)对狗有明显的利尿作用[1]。动物模型:3只雄性和3只雌性狗[1]剂量:0、2、6、8和18 mg/kg给药:口服灌胃;每周7次,持续3个月。结果:显示出显著的利尿效果,并增加了狗的饮水量。
