[体外研究]

三氯吡(3mm；48小时)治疗显示出对N2a细胞的细胞毒性[1]。细胞毒性试验[1]细胞系：小鼠神经母细胞瘤(N2a)细胞浓度：3mm孵育时间：48h结果：与未处理的N2a细胞相比,细胞活力显著降低(P<0.0001)。

[体内研究]

药代动力学分析表明,口服给药后,由于血浆清除率(分别为18 mL/h/kg和26 mL/h/kg),三氯吡的半衰期适中(狗25 h和猴子6.3 h)(3只雄性比格犬；0.5mg/kg、5mg/kg和20mg/kg)和静脉给药(1只雄性恒河猴；30毫克/千克)[2]。动物模型：雄性比格犬3只(7.2～7.9kg),雄性恒河猴1只[2]剂量：0.5mg/kg、5mg/kg、20mg/kg(比格犬)；30mg/kg(恒河猴)给药：经口灌胃(比格犬)；静脉注射(恒河猴)结果：犬和猴的T1/2s分别为25和6.3h。
