磺胺脒用途

Sulfaguanidine 是一种磺胺药物, 用作抗生素。

磺胺脒作用

一、体外活性
磺胺脒是磺胺类药物中最早用于肠道感染治疗的，能够有效抑制肠道细菌合成营养因子。它能有效阻碍革兰氏阴性肠杆菌的生长。
二、体内活性
成年大鼠对磺胺脒的消除能力比新生大鼠强。该药的胃肠吸收研究显示，口服给药后成年大鼠的最大血浆浓度明显低于新生大鼠，但血药浓度达峰时间没有明显差异。成年大鼠（12.76％）的绝对生物利用度（57.86％）大约是新生大鼠的五分之一。在成年大鼠中，磺胺脒（静脉给药2.5或25 mg/kg）从血浆的消除过程可以由一个二室开放模型来描述，而其（口服给药25 mg/kg）血浆浓度变化与一室- 或二室开放模型相符。故成年大鼠较难吸收磺胺脒，而新生大鼠能够对其有效吸收。
