[体外研究]

赖氨酸醋酸盐(VSMCs)抑制血浆iPTH并升高血浆丙氨酸、脯氨酸、血浆精氨酸和高精氨酸,从而抑制VSMCs的凋亡和矿物质沉淀[1]。

[体内研究]

赖氨酸醋酸盐(40μg/kg;p.o.)改善腺嘌呤大鼠的动脉钙化,并保护股骨免受腺嘌呤鼠骨质疏松改变的影响[1]。赖氨酸醋酸盐(10和400 mg/kg;腹腔注射和腹腔注射;雄性小鼠)抑制胰腺组织损伤[2]。动物模型:雄性小鼠[2]剂量:10和400 mg/kg给药:腹腔注射和口服;15天。结果:抑制炎症细胞因子IL-6的释放,增强抗氧化活性。
