多库脂钠制备
1.制备方法:由顺丁烯二酸二异辛酯与焦亚硫酸钠反应而得。
2.本工艺用环境友好的固体杂多酸作催化剂,转化可达96%以上,催化剂回收容易,可重复使用6次。磺化反应中用NaHO3 作磺化剂,密封磺化釜。降低环境污染。将280kg顺丁烯二酸酐、100kg仲辛醇、2kg硫酸依次投入反应釜中,减压下回流,用分水器分水,酸值到 2kgkoH/g为终点。将料液移入中和釜。分出水层,减压脱醇蒸馏升至160℃停止加热。将醇回收。粗酯移入磺化釜。加入1000kg水312kgNaHO3 ,抽出釜内空气后,密封磺化釜,在0.1~0.25MPa下反应6h静置分层。分出水和少量混浊3物。成品包装。反应式如下。
3.制法一般分为两步。先由2mol脂肪醇与1mol顺丁烯二酸 ( 或顺丁烯二酸酐)用甲苯磺酸或硫酸催化酯化,生成丁烯二酸酯,然后与亚硫酸氢钠水溶液在搅拌下加热,在酯的双键处导入磺酸基,生成琥珀酸二烷酯磺酸钠。反应方程式如下:
