2-巯基苯并咪唑用途
主要用于合成橡胶、顺丁橡胶、丁苯橡胶、丁腈橡胶及乳胶等。
溶于碱性溶液中,M用作镀铜光亮剂,可使镀层光亮,并有整平作用。还可提高工作电流密度。常与N,SPS等配合使用。
该品用作天然橡胶、二烯类合成橡胶及胶乳的抗氧剂,亦可用于聚乙烯。它是一种所谓的二次防老剂,与其他防老剂(如DNP、AP及其他非污染性防老剂)并用,可获得明显的协同效果。该品在橡胶中易分散,在日光下不变色。略有污染性。单独使用时用量和般为1-1.5份,当用量超过2份时,会产生喷霜现象。在乳胶泡沫橡胶中的用量为0.5-1份,在透明橡胶制品中的用量为0.5份。因本品有苦味,不宜用于与食品接触的橡胶制品中。2-巯基苯并咪唑在医药上是一种新抗麻疯药,毒性比砜类药物低,而疗效也底,可产生耐药性,无蓄积作用。可用于不适用砜类药物的患者。2-巯基并咪唑碱金属盐水溶液与水溶性锌盐溶液反应可得2-巯基苯并咪唑锌盐,即防老剂MBZ(C14H10N4S2Zn)。该品无毒。
在橡胶工业上是主要的非污染性防老剂,能减少橡胶硫化时的变色。对防止橡胶空气老化有效,特别适用于制造透明、白色和艳色制品。
本品用作天然橡胶、二烯类合成橡胶及胶乳的抗氧剂,也可用于聚乙烯。对氧、天候老化及静态老化等具有防护效能,也能较有效地防护铜害和克服制晶硫化时过硫引起的不良作用。本品可单独使用,也可与其他防老剂(如DNP、AP及其他非污染性防老剂)井用,可获得明显的协同效果。本品在橡胶中易分散,在日光下 不变色,略有污染性。单独使用时用量一般为1-1.5份,当用量超过2份时,会产生晴霜现象。在乳胶泡沫橡 胶中的用量为0.5份。因本晶有苦睐,不宜用于食品接触的橡胶制品中。
用作检定金、铋、镉、钴、汞、镍、铅、铊和锌的灵敏试剂及橡胶促进剂。

2-巯基苯并咪唑制备
1.邻硝基苯胺的制备将熔融的邻硝基氯苯吸入高压釜内,再加入28%的氨水,密闭升温至170~175℃,搅拌反应7h,压力为3.5~4MPa。反应结束后,放氨泄压,氨气经冷却吸收制成氨水循环使用。待釜内温度降至100℃时,利用余压将釜内反应物压至沉析槽已备好的1000L水中。冷却至30℃以下,过滤,滤饼用少量冷水洗涤,即得邻硝基苯胺。收率95%~96%。
2.防老剂MB的制备在还原槽内加入邻硝基苯胺和21%的硫化钠溶液,升温至90℃,再密闭升温至105~110℃,压力自升为0.1~0.2MPa,搅拌还原5h,降温至30℃以下,再加入二硫化碳进行反应,温度保持在40℃左右,反应数小时后,升温回收二硫化碳。然后投入适量的碳酸氢钠溶液,加活性炭脱色、过滤,滤液用稀盐酸或稀硫酸酸化,2巯基苯并咪唑以固体析出。经离心分离、洗涤、干燥、粉碎,即得成品。
3.将64kg邻苯二胺、18kg氢氧化钾, 52kg二硫化碳依次加入反应釜中。开动搅拌,再加入480kg酒精,190kg蒸馏水缓缓加热,使其溶解后,继续加热回流3h。降温,停止沸腾后加入24kg活性炭回流20min,脱色。然后过滤除去活性炭。滤液放入结晶槽,加热至60~70℃,加热水300份。在搅拌下加入醋酸水溶液 (30%~32%) ,使结晶完全。离心过滤,收集结晶于40 ℃下干燥,得成品。反应式如下:
