间氨基苯酚制备

1.以间氨基苯磺酸为原料,经碱熔、酸化而得。将间氨基苯磺酸用水搅拌成浆状,加热至60℃,滴加烧碱溶液,使pH为7-8,过滤得间氨基苯磺酸钠盐溶液。在碱熔锅内投入固碱或液碱,加热熔化或蒸浓,在275℃逐步加入间氨基苯磺酸钠盐溶液。加毕,继续保持275℃反应75min。将物料稀释于亚硫酸钠洗液中,过滤分离亚硫酸钠。分离亚硫酸钠后的间氨基苯酚钠溶液在50℃以下加入31%盐酸至中性。降温到35℃,析出粗间氨基酚,过滤,将滤饼加入蒸馏锅,真空蒸馏,馏出的精制间氨基苯酚经制片机得片状产品。收率60%。工业品间氨基苯酚为白色结晶,熔点119-123℃,含量≥98%。

2.将间氨基苯磺酸用水搅拌成浆状,加热至60℃,滴加烧碱溶液(pH=7~8),过滤得间氨基苯磺酸盐,将该盐溶液慢慢加到浓烧碱水溶液中,于270℃反应至Na2SO3不再生成为止,加水稀释过滤,分去Na2SO3残渣,然后过热水稀释碱溶液,稀释温度保持在100~110℃进行热过滤,滤液用30%工业盐酸酸化,温度不高于90℃,酸化终点pH=7~8,酸化后降温至20℃以下,静置,结晶,过滤,再经真空蒸馏即得成品。

3.间苯二胺法 经部分水解制得。向高压釜中加入间苯二胺20.0g、氯化氢13.5g,(氯化氢:间苯二胺=2.0),在170℃下反应40h,间氨基苯酚收率75%。

4.间苯二酚氨化法 向带有搅拌器得100ml不锈钢高压釜中加入间苯二酚5.0g(0.045mol)、20%氨水20g、Fe3(PO4)2·8H2O(0.04mol)和(NH4)3PO3·3H2O 7.6g(0.037mol),用氮气置换后,在230℃下反应2h、冷却,取出反应物,减压下浓缩至干,然后用乙醚抽提。间苯二酚转化率78%,间氨基苯酚选择性100%(摩尔)。
