[体外研究]

克拉维酸钾单独使用时对大多数生物体的抗菌活性较弱,但与β-内酰胺抗生素联合使用可防止微生物内酰胺酶导致抗生素失活[1]。克拉维酸钾(0.25 mg/L,0.5 mg/L)对生长的抑制作用相对较慢,较高浓度(1 mg/L)仅比0.5 mg/L略为有效[2]。
