核固红是一种蒽醌染料,通常与过量的铝离子结合使用,作为红色核复染。核固红已被用作钙的组织化学和比色试剂[1]。核坚牢红作为检测鸟嘌呤的高灵敏度“开/关”荧光探针[2]。
