体外研究 在标准化敏感性试验(NCCLS)中,Polygodial对酿酒酵母、白色念珠菌和其他真菌病原体具有杀菌活性。在RPMI 1640培养基中,与最低杀菌浓度(MFC)为106 CFU/mL的酿酒酵母细胞中的对照组相比,聚乙二醇(12.5μg/mL,3小时)诱导显著收缩[3]。细胞活力测定[3]细胞系:S。酿酒酵母细胞浓度:12.5μg/mL孵育时间:3小时结果:与对照组相比,处理后的细胞显示出显著的收缩,亚细胞器的组织被破坏或致密。
体内研究 聚二醛是一种倍半萜,从冬石楠树皮(冬科)中分离得到。聚乙二醇(0.5至10 mg/kg;0.5小时;通过腹腔注射给小鼠)诱导显著、剂量相关且几乎完全抑制醋酸、高岭土和酵母多糖诱导的腹部收缩。计算的平均ID50值分别为0.8、2.1和2.6 mg/kg,对醋酸、高岭土和酵母多糖的最大抑制率分别为90.0±3.0、98.0±1.0和97.0±2.0%。在ID50水平下,Polygodial的效力约为水醇提取物(HE)的14-27倍[2]。动物模型:未禁食的雄性瑞士小鼠(20-30 g)或雄性Wistar大鼠(150-180 g)[2]剂量:0.1至10 mg/kg给药:在注射刺激性物质前0.5 h腹腔注射结果:对醋酸、高岭土和酵母多糖诱导的小鼠扭体产生显著抑制作用。
