1.由2,4,5-三氯酚与甲醛或聚甲醛反应而得。将三氯酚、聚甲醛和硫酸搅拌混合,升温至75℃,反应液由稀薄变得稠厚,又立即由稠厚变为稀薄,将反应液倒入大量冰水中。过滤,滤饼用热水洗至中性,用稀碱溶解后加热至90℃,加入保险粉和活性炭,脱色30min。过滤,滤液加盐酸调节pH至2-3,冷至50℃以下,甩滤,滤饼用水洗涤,于80℃干燥,得六氯酚粗品。粗品经重结晶、精制即得成品。收率66%。
另一种操作方法是使反应在溶剂二氯乙烷中进行,即将70g三氯酚、125ml二氯乙烷和32g20%发烟硫酸混合,加热至70-88℃,在1h内边搅拌边加入5.8g聚甲醛。全部加完后,回流1.5h,慢慢加入125ml二氯乙烷。停止搅拌,从底部将重硫酸层分离,用62ml二氯乙烷分两次提取硫酸层。将提取液与反应液分出的二氯乙烷层合并,加3g脱色炭脱色,然后在80℃过滤,加125ml水后,用水蒸汽蒸馏,将馏出物中悬浮的生成物滤出,干燥,得67.5-70g六氯酚。
