[体外研究]

蒽-9-羧酸在HEK 293T细胞中引起外向电流的电压依赖性阻断,并随着去极化的增加抑制更大比例的电流[1]。蒽-9-羧酸诱导去极化电压后在-100 mV下测量的尾电流的强增强,以及HEK 293T中失活动力学的延长[1]。蒽-9-羧酸(500μM,兔肺动脉平滑肌细胞)在+70 mV(21±10%)时对最大外向Cl-电流产生轻微抑制,但在-80 mV时瞬时内向弛豫幅度增加321±34%[2]。
