二甲胺基甲硼烷(DMAB)用途

【用途一】
用于镍催化的缺电子芳基甲苯磺酸盐的还原反应，催化剂由Ni(PPh3)2Cl2和 PCy3组成。二甲胺硼烷是一个良好的还原剂，是蛋白质的烷化还原试剂；与硼氢化钠相比，有以下优点：还原作用温和，可在广泛的pH值范围内应用，且能较好的溶于水及有机溶剂。
