主要采用四氯化碳与氟化氢液相接触法,甲烷氟氯化法生产。液相接触法以五氯化锑为催化剂,四氯化碳和无水氟化氢反应生成一氟三氯甲烷和二氟二氯甲烷,副产盐酸。反应产物除去氯化氢,经洗涤,脱水,脱气,分馏而得成品。
