1.喷雾干燥法将十二水磷酸氢二钠加入溶解槽中加热溶解，添加少量工业磷酸，调节pH8.8—9.0，溶液温度80--85℃，用泵送至计量槽，经喷雾器雾化，雾化器选用二流式汽动喷头，蒸汽压力0.15—0.3 Mpa，雾化器汽流导角与水平成30°，汽液比(0.4～5)：1。热炉气进口温度650--750℃。可并流干燥，也可逆流干燥。如逆流干燥，进口温度620--650℃，出口温度140～150℃。成品粒度90μm左右占60%，水分含量＜1%。制得无水磷酸氢二钠成品。 2.在20%磷酸溶液中按化学计量加入浓度大致相同的碳酸钠或氢氧化钠溶液。使pH值达到8.9～9.0。过滤，在蒸汽浴上将滤液蒸发浓缩。如果此溶液在0～30℃结晶出来得到Na2HPO4·12H2O，在35～48℃下可得Na2HPO4·2H2O。将水合晶体放在烘箱中先在35～40℃下保持3h，然后在95℃下烘至恒重。则得到无水化物Na2HPO4。 3. 将试剂12水合磷酸氢二钠摊成薄层，于100℃下干燥，即得无水磷酸氢二钠。 4. 制造方法有热法磷酸中和法和湿法磷酸中和法。
（1）热法磷酸中和法　将热法磷酸加入耐腐蚀的中和反应器中，在搅拌下缓慢加入纯碱溶液进行中和反应，使反应液的ph值为8.4～8.6。然后过滤，并向滤液中加入适量的烧碱以调节ph值在8.4～8.6。将滤液送至冷却结晶器，冷却至25～27℃时便析出结晶，经分离、干燥后制得十二水磷酸氢二钠成品。反应式如下： (2)）湿法磷酸中和法　将湿法（萃取）磷酸加入耐腐蚀的中和反应器中，在搅拌下缓慢加入纯碱溶液进行中和反应，直到中和液呈微碱性（ph＝8.4～8.6）。中和温度维持在90～100℃。然后趁热过滤，滤液蒸发浓缩，送去冷却结晶，然后离心分离，室温下干燥，制得十二水磷酸氢二钠成品。无水物磷酸氢二钠的制法，是将之加热熔化后，在热气流中喷雾干燥而成。该方法的反应式如下：
