[ 描述 ]:

Myxothiazol 是一种抗真菌抗生素,是线粒体电子传递链复合体 Ⅲ (complex III or bc1 complex) 抑制剂。Myxothiazol 在0.01~3 μg/ml 浓度范围内可抑制许多酵母菌和真菌的生长。

[体外研究]

在浓度为0.01和0.0μg的噻唑菌中,真菌的生长受到抑制。粘噻唑与复合物Ⅲ的泛醌氧化位点Qo结合,阻断了泛醌向细胞色素b的电子转移,从而抑制了复合物III的活性[3]。

[体内研究]

粘液噻唑(i.p.;0.56 mg/kg;每日4天)诱导的复合物III抑制可在小鼠体内连续4天诱导,而无明显的肝毒性或致死性[3]。动物模型:C57Bl/J6小鼠[3]剂量:0.56mg/kg给药:静脉注射;24小时间隔,最多4次。结果:注射后2h出现可逆复合物III活性下降至对照值的50%。74 h时,肝脏仅出现轻微的组织学变化,超复合物形成得以保留,表明肝毒性或炎症的基因表达没有明显变化。
