氟化铅制备

1.用水溶解试剂硝酸铅,使溶液相对密度为1.08(40ºC),滤去不溶物后通入氨气,使氢氧化铅析出完全,用水洗涤至NO3-离子合格。然后加入水并充分搅拌至糊状,不断搅拌下慢慢加入氢氟酸使反应完全。保温3h后滤出结晶,用水洗涤至pH≥5,吸滤后干燥,即得成品。

2.在聚乙烯烧杯中装入20%的氢氟酸110g,烧杯外部进行冷却,在搅拌下一点一点地加入由醋酸铅制备的碳酸铅或碱式碳酸铅130g,添加完毕,将烧杯置于温水中搅拌一日,逐尽二氧化碳。放置一夜后,倾去上面的清液,加入约200mL水搅拌后过滤,收集沉淀。沉淀进一步用水洗涤后,移至铂皿中,在100℃以下进行干燥。接着将铂皿放入电炉中,加热至800~850℃,除尽沾附的氟化氢。冷却之,可得无色氟化铅粉末100~110g。

将化学计量的硝酸铅和氟化钠分别配成溶液再混合,也立即生成氟化铅沉淀。过滤收集沉淀,先后用水、丙酮洗涤沉淀。然后先在100℃以下空气中干燥,进一步在室温下减压干燥,制得完全无水的氟化铅。

3.铅粉与三氟氧化氮(NF3O)反应(氟化锡制法2条目)可制备氟化铅。反应温度190℃,加热20h。产率可达60%。
