杀螨酯制备

1.以对氯苯磺酸和氯磺酸为原料，经下列步骤生产杀螨酯。杀螨酯工业品含量95%以上。原料消耗定额：对氯苯磺酸（92%）1230kg/t、氯磺酸（95%）2100kg/t、苯酚（98%）310kg/t、氢氧化钠（95%）157kg/t、氯气（99.5%) 250kg/t、三氯化铁（99%）1.8kg/t。
2.以对氯苯磺酸和氯磺酸为原料，经下列步骤合成杀螨酯。

3.以对氯苯酚和对氯苯磺酰氯为原料，在碱性条件下合成杀螨酯。
