由二乙醇胺和氯化亚砜反应得到。将氯化亚砜溶于氯仿中，于0℃以下滴加二乙醇胺和氯仿的混合液。控制滴加速度，使温度维持在-4-6℃，加完后，保温搅拌30min。再在室温搅拌1h，加热至60-65℃，待结晶全部析出后，加无水乙醇，加热回流使全部溶解。趁热倒出，自然冷却，析出结晶。次日过滤，用氯仿或无水乙醇洗涤2次。干燥，得成品，收率76%
